At the beginning, I feel a deep need to ask you: How are you, and how are you feeling during these times?

I ask you this because I am aware, and can feel for myself, how the energies are changing from day to day. These changes are often accompanied by great challenges in our everyday lives.

On one side stands duality, which uses increasingly intense waves of energy to try to divert you from your path, draw you into its influence and weaken your light.

On the other side are the highly energetic currents of light and love flowing from divine reality. They allow you to feel that everything is in order, that you are protected, that you are not alone and that you are being carried and supported.

Leave the collective field of thought created by duality and direct your focus toward the light, toward what is true and good, toward joy and peace. Do not allow the chaos that is becoming increasingly visible on our planet to pull you away from your divine centre.

Be the lighthouse that you are. Let your light shine and know: The light will always prevail.

Continue to reconnect with the High Lights of the universe and accept their help. Ground yourself several times a day on every level of your being. Live the joy that arises from your soul and feel the blessings of these times.
